CS Outsource is seeking a proactive French-speaking Operations Assistant to oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties in Mexico. You'll manage guest communications and coordinate check-ins and support, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about hospitality, customer service, and short-term rentals? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive French-speaking Operations Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our growing short-term rental portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties
• Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms
• Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-ready
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates
• Assist with listing optimization and channel management
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required
• Previous experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred
• Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable
• Background in customer service or hospitality
• Experience using revenue management tools like PriceLabs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of guest communications
