Una empresa líder en logística busca un Analista de Operaciones para unirse a su equipo dinámico. Formación

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en operaciones.
  • Conocimiento en toma de decisiones basadas en datos y KPIs.
  • Inglés avanzado y español fluido.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitorear los viajes de los conductores y asegurar la finalización según términos.
  • Analizar indicadores operativos y obtener perspectivas.
  • Gestionar operaciones diarias para garantizar servicio de calidad.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing efforts in data improvement and operational efficiency. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing data processes to support our organizational objectives, ensuring an effective execution of vehicle movements and a quality service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor the drivers trips and ensure the completion of the trip according to the terms and conditions
  • Monitor Operations Indicators and Run Analysis to get Ops Insights
  • Customer service experience - 1 year
  • App support - 1 years experience
  • Tackle main issues and define necessary process
  • Create and review operations process and routines to improve the internal operations and customer experience
  • Manage Daily Operations in order to guarantee quality service for clients and drivers

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of operations experience is required
  • KPI and data driven decision making Excel / Google sheets analytics
  • Strong ownership and self-guided problem solving
  • Stakeholder management/communication skills
  • Graduated or in the last year in progress with some course with relation to the position
  • Advanced English and Fluent Spanish
  • Basic knowledge in SQL programming, Excel / Google Sheets and Google Suite
