TUI Group in Cancun, Mexico is seeking digital-savvy Operations Agents to manage reservations, coordinate with excursion suppliers, and support service delivery to ensure smooth operations. The role requires English and the right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
• Monitor that excursions meet quality and operations standards.
• Oversee operations during excursion days and gather incident information.
• Load all bookings into the system and manage supplier relations.
• Collect and verify information for invoicing in a timely manner.
• Communicate amendments to the service delivery team and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Load pickup times into the system and pre-order attraction tickets, including cash reconciliation.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
• Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
• Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur.
• Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.
• Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
• Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
• Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation.
