UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Mexico is seeking a team member to assist customers at centers who collect or send packages and to handle packages. The role may involve performing other tasks as requested.

Responsibilities include learning shipment rates, tracing packages, following billing procedures, processing pickup orders, and communicating with operating centers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Formación

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Responsabilidades

• Learns UPS shipment rates and features of service.
• Traces packages and follows claim procedures.
• Follows billing and collection procedures.
• Processes pick up orders.
• Communicates internally with operating centers and other departments
