Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Credit Risk Senior Analyst to apply in-depth knowledge to improve processes and drive risk-aware decisions. You will lead loss forecasting, analyze fraud and portfolio performance, and develop diagnostics to support forecasting.

You will coach junior staff and collaborate with Finance, Risk Policy, and regulators. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, governance, and communication, with responsibilities across cross-functional teams and leadership

Qualifications

5-8 years experience in Forecasting / Fraud / Risk Management.
Advanced quantitative and analytic skills required.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Oversees the monthly Loss Forecasting aspects of the group.
Liaises with Finance, Collections & Risk Policy team with respect to Loss Forecasting.
Oversees analysis of Forecasting in Citi Corp with respect to Forbearance performance and reporting, and Recoveries performance and reporting.
Analyzes fraud portfolio performance at a granular level.
Develops detailed diagnostics on Fraud behavior, shifts in that behavior, assess its impact on portfolio performance, and support the forecasting process.
