El candidato ideal realizará mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y calidad. Se requiere secundaria y se valora la proactividad. El puesto es de tiempo completo y ofrece oportunidades de desarrollo dentro de un ambiente de igualdad de oportunidades.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y mantener en operación maquinaria de envasado.
• Llenar los formatos de condiciones de operación correspondientes.
• Realizar muestreos de calidad al producto.
• Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a maquinaria.
• Realizar limpieza diaria de equipo de trabajo.

Resumen: REALIZAR OPERACION,MANTENIMIENTO AUTÓNOMO PREVENTIVO Y CORRECTIVO A EQUIPOS DE ENVASADO DENTRO DE LOS ESTANDARES DE SEGURIDAD, CALIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE CON EL FIN DE ALCANZAR LAS METAS DE PRODUCCIÓN.

Responsabilidades

1. OPERAR Y MANTENER EN OPERACION MAQUINARIA DE ENVASADO.
2. LLENAR LOS FORMATOS DE CONDICIONES DE OPERACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTES.
3. REALIZAR MUESTREOS DE CALIDAD AL PRODUCTO.
4. REALIZAR MANTENIMIENTOS PREVENTIVOS A MAQUINARA.
5. REALIZAR MANTENIMIENTO CORRECTIVO A MAQUINARIA.
6. REALIZAR CAMBIOS DE PRESENTACIÓN EN MAQUINARIA.
7. REALIZAR LIMPIEZA DIARIA DE EQUIPO DE TRABAJO Y DE FIN DE PRODUCCION.
8. APLICAR SHUTDOWN A LOS EQUIPOS AL FIN DE PRODUCCIÓN SEMANAL.
9. CAPACIDAD PARA CUBRIR TODOS LOS PUESTOS PERTENECIENTES SU NIVEL.
10. CUMPLIR CON LAS BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE MANUFACTURA (BPM) APLICABLES AL DEPARTAMENTO PARA MANTENER UN AMBIENTE A APROPIADO PARA LA FABRICACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO.
11. COMUNICAR AL EQUIPO DE INOCUIDAD DE LOS ALIMENTOS LOS PROBLEMAS QUE SE IDENTIFIQUEN EN RELACIÓN CON EL CUMPLIMIENTO A LA CALIDAD E INOCUIDAD DEL PRODUCTO.
12. CUMPLIR CON EL PLAN DE LIMPIEZA Y SANITIZACIÓN DEL DEPARTAMENTO SEGÚN LE CORRESPONDA.
13. CUMPLIR CON LOS CRITERIOS DE CALIDAD, INOCUIDAD, SEGURIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE DOCUMENTADOS EN PROCEDIMIENTOS, INSTRUCTIVOS, SOP'S, ETC. PARA REALIZAR SUS ACTIVIDADES EN EL PROCESO EN EL QUE PARTICIPA.
