Se requiere secundaria y se valoran habilidades proactivas. Las responsabilidades incluyen el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos, asegurando estándares de calidad y seguridad. Ofrecemos un empleo a tiempo completo.

Formación

• Realizar operación y mantenimiento autónomo preventivo y correctivo a equipos de envasado.
• Cumplir con buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM) aplicables.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y mantener trabajando maquinaria de envasado.
• Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a maquinaria.
• Cumplir con los criterios de calidad e inocuidad.

OPERAR Y MANTENER TRABAJANDO MAQUINARA DE ENVASADO CON LOS MAS ALTOS ESTANDARES DE CALIDAD Y SEGURIDAD PARA CUMPLIR CON LAS METAS DE PRODUCCIÓN.

Dentro De Las Responsabilidades Del Puesto Se Encuentran

• OPERAR Y MANTENER EN OPERACION MAQUINARIA DE ENVASADO.
• LLENAR LOS FORMATOS DE CONDICIONES DE OPERACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTES.
• REALIZAR MUESTREOS DE CALIDAD AL PRODUCTO.
• REALIZAR MANTENIMIENTOS PREVENTIVOS A MAQUINARA.
• REALIZAR MANTENIMIENTO CORRECTIVO A MAQUINARIA.
• REALIZAR CAMBIOS DE PRESENTACIÓN EN MAQUINARIA.
• REALIZAR LIMPIEZA DIARIA DE EQUIPO DE TRABAJO Y DE FIN DE PRODUCCION.
• APLICAR SHUTDOWN A LOS EQUIPOS AL FIN DE PRODUCCIÓN SEMANAL.
• CAPACIDAD PARA CUBRIR TODOS LOS PUESTOS PERTENECIENTES SU NIVEL.
• CUMPLIR CON LAS BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE MANUFACTURA (BPM) APLICABLES AL DEPARTAMENTO PARA MANTENER UN AMBIENTE A APROPIADO PARA LA FABRICACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO. Ø
• COMUNICAR AL EQUIPO DE INOCUIDAD DE LOS ALIMENTOS LOS PROBLEMAS QUE SE IDENTIFIQUEN EN RELACIÓN CON EL CUMPLIMIENTO A LA CALIDAD E INOCUIDAD DEL PRODUCTO.
• CUMPLIR CON EL PLAN DE LIMPIEZA Y SANITIZACIÓN DEL DEPARTAMENTO SEGÚN LE CORRESPONDA.
  
  

CUMPLIR CON LOS CRITERIOS DE CALIDAD, INOCUIDAD, SEGURIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE DOCUMENTADOS EN PROCEDIMIENTOS, INSTRUCTIVOS, SOP´S, ETC. PARA REALIZAR SUS ACTIVIDADES EN EL PROCESO EN EL QUE PARTICIPA.
