Job Summary

Polish the surface of complex tool components to A1 grade using copper rings, diamond paste, wooden sticks, and polishing equipment, based on customer demand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform A1 grade mirror polishing on complex tool components.
2. Conduct self-inspection after polishing.
3. Polish production tools on injection machines.
4. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires.
5. Repair simple polishing equipment.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Familiarity with polishing concepts and SOPs.
• Good understanding of tool structures.
• Ability to independently polish components to mirror grade.
• Solid polishing experience and understanding.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience, or equivalent education and experience.
