Accenture seeks a skilled OpenShift-focused systems administrator in Mexico City to contribute actively and independently while becoming a subject matter expert. Formación
- 3+ years of Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure experience.
- At least one production OpenShift deployment (not admin-only).
- Experience with SDN networking and persistent storage (Ceph, NFS, SAN).
- Platform hardening experience, preferably in regulated environments.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined SLAs.
- Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
- Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations.
- Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.
