Open Position: VATSIM Membership Manager

The VATSIM Membership Department is recruiting a membership manager to assist members with account-related issues. These issues include re-activations, name issues, email updates, etc. This position will support the Africa & ME and Asia regions.

Requirements:

1. Time required varies, averaging 15-30 minutes of work per day.
2. Professional spelling and grammar.
3. Ability to assist members in one of the following time zones: Asia, Africa, or Middle East.
4. No serious or recent conduct violations.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Ability to speak multiple languages.
2. VATSIM Supervisor or division staff experience.
