Micron Technology, Inc. in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking an Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) Production Engineer to process reticle design data through OPC and ensure designs transfer accurately to silicon during photolithography.

You will develop and improve OPC flows, automation, and verification methods, collaborating with global teams in the US, Japan, and India to drive operational excellence and rapid tapeouts while improving yield and process efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or a related science field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing technologies is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive OPC job deck development and recipe optimization to support production and R&D tapeouts.
• Collaborate with teams from multiple functions to develop new OPC flows, implement BKMs, and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze and troubleshoot OPC process issues, maintaining high-quality work to support a stable production environment.
• Develop automation, scripts, and process improvements that reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and recommendations to partners and management.
