Thermo Fisher Scientific (Planta Tijuana) is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality team on-site, ensuring the effectiveness of the QMS and compliance with regulatory standards. This role combines leadership with hands-on quality support for manufacturing operations.

You will drive CAPA, audits, complaints, nonconformances, and change control, while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce defects and improve manufacturing performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain effective site Quality System processes in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Provide oversight and governance for CAPA, complaints, nonconformances, deviations, change control, and other Quality System processes.
• Ensure Quality System records are investigated, documented, risk-assessed, and completed within established timelines.
