Nextiva Guadalajara is seeking an Onboarding Technician to guide new customers through setup, configuration, and adoption of Nextiva’s platform. You’ll blend customer support, technical configuration, and product training to ensure a seamless onboarding experience onsite five days a week.

This role requires proficient English, strong communication, problem-solving, and basic networking knowledge, with hours aligned to US business times.

Formación

• Proficient English (written and verbal).
• Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication and active listening.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Basic technical aptitude (software support, device setup, networking).
• Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned to US hours.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through initial account setup by phone and screen share.
• Assist with login, configuration, and product functionality.
• Configure accounts, call flows, and devices accurately.
• Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Test configurations for successful implementation.
• Deliver customer training on features and usage.
• Meet daily productivity and performance metrics.
• Handle inbound onboarding calls and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Support, CRM, and internal teams.
