Job summary

Incluyeme.com is seeking a Lead Analyst Cost Accounting to partner with cross-functional teams in Tijuana, Mexico, focusing on cost roll-ups, BOM updates, and inventory controls. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities while analyzing cost-saving opportunities across the manufacturing footprint.

The role requires 3+ years in cost accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual standard cost roll-up and update cost structures in financial systems.
• Monitor monthly/year-to-date manufacturing costs and BOM/routing changes.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for the unit.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and variance analysis.
• Track cost reduction initiatives and report progress against budget.
• Perform month-end close activities including cost accounting entries.
• Prepare plant performance reports and ROI analyses for leadership.
