Incora in Mexicali is seeking an Onsite Representative Lead to coordinate daily onsite inventory management and serve as the main customer contact for operational issues. You will oversee Onsite Representatives, monitor inventory performance, and drive improvements to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

• Lead process improvements for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to Onsite Representatives.
