Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative Lead to coordinate daily onsite inventory management and replenishment activities. You will act as the primary customer contact for operational issues, guide Onsite Representatives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prioritize daily activities for Onsite Representatives to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Serve as the escalation point for inventory shortages, quality issues, material delays, and customer concerns.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve inventory performance.
• Review inventory data and trends to identify replenishment needs and potential supply risks.
• Prepare and communicate operational metrics and performance reports.
