Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Intl Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in import/export compliance or related.
• Fluent English and Spanish; read, write, speak both.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation for cross-border trade operations.
• Review tariff classifications and country of origin information for accuracy.
• Monitor shipments with carriers and customs brokers to ensure on-time movement.
• Process and maintain import/export invoices for trade compliance.
• Provide guidance on import regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.
• Respond to customs inquiries, audits, and regulatory communications.
• Maintain data and records in trade compliance systems.
