Marelli is seeking an EHS Specialist INSITE to join our global team at the San Francisco Plant in Aguascalientes. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and plant guidelines, collaborating with management to protect workers’ well-being.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, PPE selection, audits, and ongoing safety improvements in a fast-paced automotive environment. English proficiency and strong communication are valued traits.

Formación

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Intermediate
• Knowledge of safety standards and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with plant management to define appropriate actions to reduce risks and protect workers’ health.
• Identify adequate PPE for workers in collaboration with EHS managers.
• Conduct periodic checks of working environments to prevent health issues.
• Define health and safety targets and related programs with plant management.
• Attend H&S meetings and provide reports on health situations and surveillance results.
• Define and implement control measures and procedures for plant activities.
• Carry out internal audits to verify health and safety standards.
