Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Able to work on-site in Guadalajara.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients through phone, email, and text communication.
• Review prescription orders and provide clear status and coverage information.
• Proactively contact patients to resolve issues delaying orders.
• Partner with pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams to process prescriptions.
