Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools.
• Able to work on-site in Guadalajara.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients through phone, email, and text communication.
• Review prescription orders and provide clear, accurate information on status, coverage, and next steps.
• Proactively contact patients to resolve issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillment.
• Partner with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure prescriptions are processed successfully.
• Guide patients through the platform and help them get the most from available services.
• Turn complex healthcare, insurance, and prescription processes into simple, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to research issues and identify solutions.
• Handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
• Contribute as a supportive teammate and help create a positive team environment.
