Job summary

The technician will execute EHS requirements, promote good housekeeping, and collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to support process validation and product quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing of materials in a laboratory setting.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate data recording according to procedures.
• Adhere to EHS rules and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products (adhesives).
• Prepare samples according to defined procedures and manage retention samples.
• Maintain labeling, traceability and sample identification.
• Record test results accurately and promptly, report deviations.
• Assist in troubleshooting process or product quality issues and support validation trials.
