BUY BAJA REAL ESTATE is seeking an organized and analytical specialist to manage real estate listings from intake to ongoing market follow-up. You will analyze properties, maintain precise data, and coordinate with agents, marketing, and sales teams to keep listings accurate and compelling.

The role requires travel to properties, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously. Engineering or architecture background is highly valued for this position.

Formación

• Experience in real estate, operations, analysis or technical roles.
• Ability to understand floor plans, measurements and technical data.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to properties.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and extensive computer use.

Responsabilidades

• Comparable market analyses (CMAs) and strategic pricing.
• On-site information gathering through property visits.
• Validation of technical data, measurements and features.
• Coordination of listing details, including descriptions and specifications.
• Review of floor plans, measurements and architectural data.
• Uploading and managing properties in systems and platforms.
• Ongoing communication with owners, including reports and updates.
• Coordination with marketing, photography and sales team.
• Management and updating of property inventory.
• Ensure quality, consistency and accuracy across listings.
