BMW Group in San Luis Potosí is offering an Assembly Internship for engineering students to contribute to launching new vehicles by developing and commissioning line equipment and processes while keeping production running through maintenance activities.

You will work on-site from January to June 2027 (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday) under mentor guidance, gaining hands-on experience and earning a monthly scholarship. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and practical impact.

Formación

• Be an active student of Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering in 6th–9th semester.
• Availability on site Jan 1–Jun 30 2027, 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Problem solving and good communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track maintenance improvement ideas and prepare for audits.
• Generate daily maintenance reports and follow up on lessons learned.
• Support daily production problem-solving in the first area of the assembly line.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer with mentors.
