Omnichannel Intern

BASIC FUNCTION
The Omnichannel Intern role is a strategic position that combines data analytics with operational support to expand Kohler’s digital presence across Latin America.
Specific Responsibilities
- 1.- Analysis and Reporting Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports for key accounts. Analyze information to identify opportunities for improvement in the channel. Create presentations for internal meetings.
- 2.- Account and Project Management Support the administrative follow-up of key e-commerce accounts. Assist in projects related to channel optimization.
- 3.- Administrative Tasks Provide support in administrative tasks related to the area (document control, order tracking, internal coordination).
- 4.- Channel Operation and Optimization Ensure the product catalog is updated (descriptions, images, prices, etc.). Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
- 5.- Benchmarking and Trends Conduct basic competitor analysis (pricing, promotions). Learning objectives for the intern:
- Learn how e-commerce works and how to manage online accounts.
- Practice analyzing sales data (sell-in and sell-out).
- Understand how to find opportunities to improve online sales.
- Get experience creating reports and presentations.
- Improve skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce tools.
Business Project
- Analyze sales performance of key e-commerce accounts and suggest improvements.
- Create a simple dashboard to track sell-in and sell-out data.
- Help with a promotional campaign and measure results.
- Research competitor prices and promotions to give useful insights.
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: An active university student, preferably in their 7th or 8th semester, pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration or related.
EXPERIENCE: No experience required.
EDUCATION: Prior experience is not required. However, previous internships in Marketing particularly within global companies, are a plus.
