Kohler Co. is seeking a dedicated student for an onsite internship in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico. In this role you will participate in time and motion studies, line balancing, waste measurement, and assist in standardizing the production template.

This is a hands-on opportunity to observe manufacturing processes and contribute to efficiency improvements. Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to the position and no prior experience is required.
