Job Overview

Oliver Wyman is seeking a savvy and resourceful Recruiter to recruit passive candidates at all levels throughout the Americas. This role will focus on recruiting for internal (non-consulting) roles, including Marketing, Finance, Human Capital, Designers and EAs to name a few. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Recruiter to join a rapidly growing organization with a great culture.

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of recruitment cycle for assigned roles including: job postings, resume review, initial screen calls, interview and offer process, and sell efforts.
• Maximize direct sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Manage communications with candidates, acting as the ‘face of the company’ and ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and how they fit into the broader organization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Maintain various trackers and reporting tools.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a large, global matrixed corporate environment strongly preferred.
• Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Strong track record of finding passive candidates to fill challenging roles.
• Ability to operate with speed and urgency.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED (written and spoken)
