Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an Offline Service Business Manager for Ciudad de Mexico in a 100% on-site role. You will oversee spare parts planning, inventory management, and KPI delivery while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a university degree in relevant fields, 3+ years in spare parts management and sales, good English, and strong teamwork under pressure.

Formación

• Experience in spare parts management and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Output the spare part plan and review it according to material history consumption.
• Manage spare parts applications and push forward delivery; coordinate relevant departments to solve delivery issues.
• Develop stock cost control and spare parts inventory/warehouse-clearing/replenishment plans.
• Familiar with spare parts business process from application to return/reuse and proficient in spare parts IT systems.
• Balance country spare parts supply, manage in-transit inventory and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee spare parts KPI such as On-time Delivery and Inventory Turnover; coordinate service team to satisfy customers.
• Apply strong mathematical analysis and leverage delivery and cost-control experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Output the spare part plan and review the spare part plan according to the material history consumption
• In charge of spare parts application, Push forward the Spare Parts Delivery, organizing and coordinating relevant departments to solve spare parts delivery problems
• Use coordination model and methods, control the stock cost of spare parts, and develop spare parts inventory plan/spare parts warehouse-clearing plan/spare parts replenishment plan
• Be familiar with the business process of spare parts from application, production, delivery, transportation, use, return/reuse and be skilled in using spare parts IT manage system
• Familiar with warehouse management, balance within the country spare parts supply, manage the spare parts inventory, in-transit inventory, in order to ensure spare part inventory accurate.
• Be responsible for Spare parts related KPI such as On-time-Delivery and Inventor-Turn-Over rate,stocktaking. Coordinate whole service team to reach good customer satisfaction.
• Strong mathematical analysis capability, has delivery and cost control experience, familiar with the inventory management method.

Job requirements:
