Charger Logistics in Nuevo Laredo is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and manage core HR tasks from onboarding to payroll inputs, leaves, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a Human Resources degree, about 2 years' HR experience, and strong English; proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries.
• Prepare draft offer letters, background and reference checks, and payroll data entry.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Prepare and proofs documents, letters, and internal communications.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Revise policies to align with regulations and market trends.
• Support health and safety initiatives and OH&S committee activities.
• Support HR projects and compile attrition or hours reports.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced HR Administrator to our team based out in our office in Nuevo Laredo.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries.
• Takes care of administrative items associated with employee transactions – preparing draft offer letters, initiate background, and reference checks, administer leaves of absence, process new hire details into HRIS and payroll, submits offboarding requests, and other HR information updates as needed.
• Coordinates with new employees and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process and positive employee experience.
• Prepares and/or proofs documents, letters, employee communications and internal announcements.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Revise company policies from time to time to align with ESA and current market trends.
• Ensure best practices are followed by staying current with labor/ employment legislation and HR industry developments. Drive health/safety best practices.
• Supports the activities of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
• Provides support to ongoing and new HR projects/initiatives as needed.
• Compile data and prepare various reports, such as attrition reports, work hour summaries.

Qualifications:

• Human Resources Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion
• Intermed English level
