Job Description

• Manage a team of around 7 to 10 engineers in a production environment.
• Perimeter: OEM and MRO industrializations for aircraft engine parts (metallic and composite); focus on current production improvements and new project development.
• Participate in setting up annual and long-term industrialization roadmaps, ensuring they are well understood and followed by the team.
• Establish, monitor, and ensure the robustness of project schedules to meet objectives on time.
• Ensure process compliance and contribute to creating new work standards to improve performance.
• Ensure team load and capacity remain consistent.
• Develop skills and autonomy within the team.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of OEM and MRO industrialization processes and APQP methodology.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Previous team management experience is appreciated.
• Proactive and goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to challenge and support the team, influence stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
