Formación

Overhead Catenary System (OCS) construction worker, in charge of:

• Application of the Work Method Statements
• Application of the user rules of the plants, machines and tools.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities

Application of the instructions and construction method statements from his management to deliver, erect, installation/construction works achievement in the optimal conditions: quality and health and safety.

• The construction worker reports directly to the OCS team leader and is in charge of making sure that the catenary is installed in conformity with the construction procedures, the plants, machines and tools user rules and the Time Schedule in place.
• His duties include the follow up of the service of the plants, machines and tools and maintain the highest level of availability.
• He alerts and reports to the management - Supervisor or Team Leader - on any concerns he has related to the job he has to perform, and especially regarding: HSE, Quality, Access, Customer / Consultant requirement, etc.

Delivery

• Report of the service of the plants, machines and tools and their consumption
• Report his hours and material consumption

He/she must be based on-shore, on site, typically in the Project Leading Unit.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory

• Civil Work / Power Supply / OCS Construction / Railway construction experience

Desirable

• Certification on Railway Safety
• Certification on Site EHS management

Experience

Mandatory

• Experience in OCS Construction.
• If he is in charge of the plants, machines or tools service, validated experience and license in these activities.
