Invenergy’s Los Ramones Energy Center seeks a Field Operator Technician to support the Control Room Operator and monitor equipment performance on site in Nuevo León. The role requires adapting OEM procedures, performing local maneuvers during start-up, shutdown, and emergencies, and collaborating in a multi-skilled, team-based environment.
You will troubleshoot equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to KPI achievement while maintaining clear communication with control and maintenance

The Los Ramones Energy Center is a nominal 604 MW simple cycle power generation facility using GE 7HA.02 Turbines. The facility is in Los Ramones municipality, Nuevo Leon State.
The Field Operator Technician supports Control Room Operator to perform local equipment maneuvers as well as to maintain a continuous surveillance of them. The required knowledge is used to analyze the current operations parameters and to perform troubleshooting during and after any disturbance in order to minimize the consequences, and the communication with Control Room and Maintenance areas is required as skill as the decision taker to prevent further damages. Also, is capable to follow OEM procedures as well as adapt them to new conditions. Also, the accomplish and following of KPI’s is required skill. This position requires highly flexible individuals that work various shift schedules in a team environment. Invenergy will train extensively in the operations area to compliment your skills.
