• Perform medical exams for new employees or those transferring.
• Maintain records of work-related injuries and complete accident forms.
• Verify daily cafeteria service and bathroom cleanliness.
• Maintain well-supplied first aid kit.
• Inventory control of medicines.
• Follow up on health campaigns with external institutions.

About the Role

As a Nurse, you will support health programs and occupational health of the employees through preventive programs, always focused on maintaining and improving employee health. You will report to the Doctor of the Manufacturing Site in Queretaro.

What You Will Do

• Provide medical services to employees who feel ill or have suffered accidents in the Company or events.
• Perform medical exams for new employees or employees transferring to different areas or positions; conduct health monitoring exams for associates exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (eye, audiometric, spirometry, high pressure and drug tests, etc.).
• Maintain records of employees who have suffered a work-related injury and complete accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.
• Verify daily cafeteria service and the cleanliness of the Company bathrooms.
• Maintain well-supplied first aid kit.
• Inventory control of medicines.
• Follow up on health campaigns (vaccines, cancer prevention, etc.) with participation of external institutions and companies.
• Additional duties assigned by Doctor.
• Assist with biological infectious hazardous waste storage.
• Conduct COVID tests.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Technical degree in nursing.
• 1-3 years of related experience. Preferably 3-5 years.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Commission.
• Knowledge of first aid.
• Office package (Excel).
• English A2/B1 level.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience in Automotive/Electronic industries.

• Be willing to work in an office in Queretaro.
• Be willing to cover second and third shift.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
