Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or engineering and 3+ years in project/program management, with strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or engineering background.
• 3+ years’ experience in project or program management.
• Strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track project plans.
• Manage risk, cost, and resources to meet targets.
• Ensure timely execution of projects with the right cost.
• Proactively resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Interlock dependencies and execution plans with multiple Lenovo cross-functional teams, including Offering Delivery Team, Procurement, quality engineering, hardware platform and I/O development teams, Service, and Manufacturing.
• Communicate schedules and plans to executive management.
• Manage project expenses and capital budget.
• Manage open-source aspects of projects.
