Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs for Gas Power. You will drive schedules, resource planning, and risk mitigation across global teams to deliver on commitments with quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate engineering sub-functions, manage spend, and communicate status to stakeholders, ensuring proper adherence to policies while championing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management execution per GE Gas Power standards.
• Create and maintain internal/external project schedules.
• Validate resource assignment and manage spending per plan.
• Guide teams through the NPI Development Process with engineering policies.
