Johnson Controls is seeking an NPI Production Planner to coordinate production planning for launches, ensuring capacity, materials and data readiness for a smooth transition into manufacturing. You will work with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality and commercial teams to protect committed dates.
The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, extensive experience in materials planning, and strong knowledge of MRP and MPS.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in materials planning or production scheduling.
- 3+ years in NPIs or manufacturing launches.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management.
- Fluent English or conversational English.
Responsabilités
- Develop weekly production plans for finished goods and subassemblies for NPIs.
- Balance orders with capacity to meet ship dates.
- Adjust plans as demand or capacity changes.
- Maintain lead times, order intervals, and lot sizes in MPS.
- Prepare data for MPS meetings and launches.
- Coordinate sales orders for FG and components.
- Report performance status to management.
- Identify risks during daily meetings and Gemba walks.
- Track NPI integration and resolve constraints.
