Formación

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or NPI.
• Strong background in sheet metal, machining, welding, plumbing/tubing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, ePDM, and PLM systems.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and leadership experience.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of fuel cell systems and electrical assemblies.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or large capital equipment.
• Proven track record in rapid scale-up of new products.
