The NPI Lead will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align with organizational objectives. They will ensure standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance are upheld. The role involves overseeing multiple project teams to achieve program goals and managing budgets and funding channels for optimal productivity. Here's how you will do it:

• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality teams to meet program requirements and critical timelines.
• Ensure alignment of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process with intercompany stakeholders.
• Maintain and follow up on action plans.
• Develop documentation to support production, including work instructions, flow charts, procedures, and routings.
• Ensure compliance with NPI procedures.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures for launching new products.
• Interface with, train, and provide technical support to production personnel regarding new product releases and procedure updates.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing cells to support new product introductions.
• Work closely with other departments during the new product development process to ensure design for safety, testability, and manufacturability.

What we look for:

• 2-5 years of experience in launching new products.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple activities.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments.
• Experience with HVAC is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management; familiarity with Microsoft Project is desirable.
• Experience with PLM Windchill in processing ECNs/FCNs.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and procedures; SAP experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
