Position Summary

Coordinate and execute the introduction of new manufacturing products at the Nogales plant. Play a critical role as a link between the Product Design Organization in Santa Ana and the process engineering and manufacturing teams in Nogales.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop plans, specifications, and designs for new processes, machines, equipment, and tools required for new product manufacturing or process improvements.
• Design processes for new products and transfer production to ITT ICS.
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement processes for assigned products.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the introduction of new products.
• Apply electronic and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis results, documentation, prototype assembly, sub-assemblies, components, quality testing.
• Support and participate in testing, modification, manufacturing, and assembly of electromechanical prototypes, machinery, tools, motors, and systems.
• Plan and manage layouts for activities such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding, soldering, and material handling.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION: Mechanical or electrical engineering degree.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project engineer and/or product engineer.

Experience with AutoCAD and ProE.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

LANGUAGES: 80% bilingual in Spanish and English, spoken fluently with high-quality writing skills.
