BCS Automotive Interface Solutions in Querétaro invites a proactive NPI Buyer to lead on-time launch of new programs, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics and Program Management. • 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, ERP systems (SAP), purchasing processes, tooling coordination, invoicing, and cost analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Purchasing project management to ensure on-time project launches in alignment with defined processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program Management.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive mitigation actions to ensure on-time, quality-focused program execution.
• Manage prototype and tooling purchase orders, coordinate tooling activities with suppliers, and follow up on invoicing and timely payment processing.
• Monitor piece-price changes throughout the program, analyze cost variations, and report commercial impacts to support project profitability.
