You will monitor supplier performance, coordinate tooling and invoicing, and analyze cost variations to safeguard project profitability, with advanced English and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing role.
• Advanced English required, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, ERP systems (SAP), purchasing processes, tooling coordination, invoicing, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Successful purchasing project management to ensure on-time project launches per BCS NPI processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program Management.
• Monitor supplier performance and risks; drive mitigation for on-time, quality-focused execution.
• Manage prototype and tooling POs; coordinate tooling with suppliers and invoicing.
• Monitor piece-price changes; analyze cost variations and report impacts to profitability.

The position is responsible to:

• Successful purchasing project management to ensure on time project launch in alignment with BCS NPI defined processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program Management to ensure successful launches.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify supply chain risks, and drive mitigation actions to ensure on-time, quality-focused program execution.
• Manage prototype and tooling purchase orders, coordinate tooling activities with suppliers, and follow up on invoicing and timely payment processing.
• Monitor piece-price changes throughout the program, analyze cost variations, and report commercial impacts to support project profitability.
