Te Connectivity Ltd seeks a Production Supervisor II for the night shift to lead a growing manufacturing team across multiple plants. The role drives autonomous night operations, manages materials from the Hermosillo sister plant, and ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in supervisory manufacturing roles, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and strong English communication. This position is on-site with cross-plant travel.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving SQDC targets.
• Ability to make independent decisions during night shifts.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, develop, and motivate production team to meet SQDC targets.
• Oversee a team of 15–35 indirect/direct reports and plan for growth.
• Execute production plans with metrics like pieces/hour and efficiency.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and ensure operational continuity.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll reviews, vacations, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide cross-functional support to maintenance, warehouse, and inspection teams.
