Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Logistics Material Flow Analyst (Night Shift) in El Salto, Jalisco. The role involves managing foreign trade execution and material flow to customers, designing and optimizing logistics processes, and training on implemented projects to meet Q-C-T-S-C targets.

Responsibilities include shipping disposition, import/export documentation, and coordination with forwarders. English proficiency, SAP experience, and ability to manage domestic and cross-border transport are

Qualifications

Advanced English required.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Ability to set up domestic and cross-border road transport processes.
Experience setting up shipments with parcel companies.

Responsibilities

Disposition of shipping orders: define type, packaging and volume within framework.
Obtain quotations for national and international transport and nominate forwarders.
Notify forwarders and manage freight volume within framework.
Monitor on-time order fulfillment and initiate countermeasures as needed.
Prepare goods accompanying documents and handle customs paperwork as per shipment and consignee requirements.
Coordinate regular customs clearance within internal processes and country requirements.
Monitor receipts and transport confirmations and forward to internal departments.
