Shift Availability:

Night shift

11:00 pm - 6:00 am

Responsibilities:

1. Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
2. Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
3. Dispatch emergency calls for video-triggered incidents.
4. Ensure the security of trucks.
5. Provide accident reports or video footage to the Safety team as needed.
6. Familiarize with Workplace Policies and regulations.
7. Monitor for suspicious activity and disturbances; assess danger and call for assistance if necessary.
8. Intervene to prevent disturbances or confrontations and diffuse threatening situations.
9. Assist in executing Emergency Response Plans during crises.
10. Maintain accurate security records electronically.
11. Verify identification of individuals arriving at the yards and communicate until the situation is resolved.
12. Seek efficient resolution of issues promptly.
13. Maintain yard safety.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Team player.
3. Fast learner, tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new software.
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
6. Good judgment and confidence in decision-making.
7. Proactive attitude.
8. Attention to detail.
