Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Production Operator in Reynosa to support manufacturing operations within a global climate technology company.

You will complete safety checklists and TPM, perform ergonomic exercises, and operate per work instructions while ensuring quality reporting and production metrics are met.

Candidate should be available for overtime and shift rotation; basic education is required. This is an on-site position at our Reynosa facility.

Qualifications

• Primary education completed.
• Teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to rotate shifts if required by the company.
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 7:00–16:36; Mon–Thu 18:30–05:00; Fri–Sun night.
