Job summary

Copeland, empresa líder en tecnologías climáticas, busca un Operador para unirse a su equipo en Reynosa, Tamaulipas. El/la candidato/a realizará actividades de seguridad y producción, llenando check lists, TPM y reportes de calidad, operando equipos según instrucciones y asegurando el cumplimiento de métricas de producción.

La posición requiere disponibilidad para trabajar horas extra y rotación de turnos. Se valora trabajo en equipo y compromiso con la seguridad y la calidad en un entorno

Qualifications

• Primaria completa y disponibilidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Capacidad de seguir instrucciones de trabajo.
• Disposición para rotar turnos y trabajar horas extra.

Responsibilities
