Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across international markets. You will build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals to advance medical education, evidence generation and patient care.

The role acts as the primary scientific interface, delivering high-quality scientific exchange, gathering insights, and supporting clinical research.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators and key opinion leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical research, site identification and feasibility assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with stakeholders in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy and engagement plans.
• Support investigator engagement, site identification and patient recruitment for trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation and planning.
• Prepare and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to medical objectives.
• Contribute to advisory boards, medical education programs, and congress activities.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and ethical guidelines.
