Ipsen Mexico S de RL de CV is seeking an MSL Lead in Mexico City, Hybrid. You will shape medical strategy for an assigned portfolio and lead a high-performing MSL team, engaging healthcare professionals and scientific societies with scientific integrity.

You will provide clinical expertise to internal and external stakeholders, support regulatory activities, and contribute to real-world evidence projects and publications while ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations.

Formación

• Medical degree with postgraduate training in a related clinical or research discipline is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the medical strategy for an assigned portfolio in Mexico.
• Lead a team of MSLs and coach their development.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and scientific societies.
• Provide high-quality scientific and clinical expertise to stakeholders.
• Support pre-launch activities, regulatory submissions and cross-functional brand strategy.
• Contribute to late-phase trials, real-world evidence projects and publications.
• Lead advisory boards, congress activities and scientific knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Maintain full regulatory/compliance with Mexican regulations and Ipsen policies.
