Tempus is seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) for Mexico/LATAM to drive scientific engagement, support market access, and educate stakeholders on diagnostics and clinical utility data. The role requires oncology expertise, regional knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively.

You will collaborate with commercial and medical teams, build KOL relationships, and deliver training across LATAM while aligning with global strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years of MSL experience in diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries, ideally in oncology/molecular diagnostics.
• Strong background in molecular oncology, genomic profiling, and targeted therapies.
• Understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement in Mexico and LATAM.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and non-promotional medical standards.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, market access, and distribution teams.
• Self-starter with independence to manage priorities across LATAM and global projects.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese a plus.

• Global Project Support for select initiatives in other markets as needed.
• Identify and engage KOLs, researchers, and clinical decision-makers.
• Navigate healthcare and reimbursement landscapes to support diagnostics adoption.
• Gather market insights to inform global product strategy.
• Deliver high-quality scientific education through meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with regional commercial, market access, and distribution teams.
