We are currently seeking a Network Support Analyst - Cisco to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Network Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Mexico.

Potential candidates must possess experience and demonstrate expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:

  1. Plans, designs, and implements networked systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems, and coordinating with vendors for installation of items such as routers and switches.
  2. Performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, system integration for LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
  3. Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, etc.
  4. Create & update the technology components of standard operating procedures.
  5. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Additional requirements include:

  • Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless and Routing Switching.
  • Nexus configuration and design - VDC, VPC, OTV, LISP, FabricPatch, DCNM.
  • Aruba Switching and Wireless, Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration, including Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, PRIME, Bridging, outdoor/mesh.
  • LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution, MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF, VRF-Lite.
  • Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration, including Riverbed, WLC, SD-WAN.
  • Must possess a Cisco CCNA certificate or equivalent experience.

Required skills include:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid documentation experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until the job is complete.
  • Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff.
  • Strong technical account management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
