An established industry player is seeking a Network Support Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team in Mexico. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing network systems, as well as performing maintenance and upgrades to ensure seamless operations. NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Network Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Mexico.

Potential candidates must possess experience and demonstrate expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:

  1. Plans, designs, and implements networked systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating with vendors for installation of such items as routers, switches.
  2. Performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, system integration for LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
  3. Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, etc.
  4. Create & update the technology components of standard operating procedures.
  5. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Required Skills:

  1. Hands On Experience with Aruba Wireless and Routing Switching.
  2. Nexus configuration and design - VDC, VPC, OTV, LISP, FabricPatch, DCNM.
  3. ARUBA Switching and Wireless - Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration. Configuring Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, PRIME - Bridging, outdoor/mesh.
  4. LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution - MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF and VRF-Lite.
  5. Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration - Appliances such as Riverbed, WLC, SD-WAN - Cisco CCNA certificate OR equivalent experience.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Solid documentation experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
  8. Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete.
  9. Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff.
  10. Must possess strong technical account management skills and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
  11. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
